Consumer advice regarding the Covid-19 pandemic
As an Emergency Roadside Assistance provider, our work is deemed an essential service. During these challenging times for Australia, Roadside Response will remain operational so we can continue to support the transportation industry, motorists and our Roadside Assistance Members with nationwide Emergency Roadside Assistance. The safety and wellbeing of everyone must be the primary concern in the delivery of this service. In view of this, we are implementing enhanced protocols to reduce human contact during our Roadside Assistance services to ensure our Members, Pay As You Go Roadside Assistance customers our staff and our network of service providers remain safe.
- Where safe to do so, please remain in your vehicle when our Service Provider attends site.
- Our Service Provider will communicate with you via mobile phone (where possible) to ascertain the nature of the breakdown and to provide you with information on what emergency repair work will be carried out.
- Our Service Provider will clean and disinfect areas of the vehicle which they have come into contact with during the call out, paying particular attention to high touch areas such as door handles, steering wheels and other hard surfaces.
- Face Maks will be worn by our service providers.
Is Roadside Response experiencing any Contact Centre or Assistance delays?
Recent Government measures may have an impact on our ability to service your Roadside Assistance emergency as swiftly as we would like. Many of our Contact Centre staff are working remotely and the number of Roadside Assistance teams available to service you have been reduced in line with state legislation.
The health and safety of our team members and customers is our priority, and we appreciate your patience during this time should call waiting times or roadside service waiting times be adversely affected.
We will continue to monitor the conditions and state and federal government directives in relation to the COVID-19 outbreak and adjust our local and national service protocols and advice accordingly. We ask every Australian to support each other during this pandemic and most importantly stay safe!

“No Road Assist Membership & needed a jumpstart at the Airport, 45 minutes from start to finish, great job!”
Dale Z.
Keero was really helpful over the phone. He asked a couple of questions and we figured out straight away that the problem was most likely a dead battery. Phil was in the area and arrived in less than 40 minutes. Got a new battery and I was back up and running again. Thanks guys.
James Burrett
